ABOUT The Journeymen Duo
The Journeymen duo features the front man from the Journeymen Covers Band, Peter Webster, on vocals and guitar, joined by the band’s keyboard player. The duo are veteran giggers who aim to entertain. Gigs feature songs including Here Comes the Sun, Rocket Man, Ain’t No Sunshine, The Joker, Dancing in the Dark, Romeo and Juliet, Have I Told You Lately That I Love You, Ho Hey, and Crazy Little Thing Called Love. The duo is perfect if you want something that is a little more laid back than a full band.
THE EQUIPMENT WE BRING
We bring our own P.A. with us. All of our equipment is high quality: we use a Martyn acoustic guitar, which is one of the best brands, a Nord Keyboard, and high-end amps. We also have quite a lot of experience of mixing sound, so, whilst some environments are easier than others, we usually get a good, clear sound.
WHERE WILL WE TRAVEL?
We are based in Ampthill, Bedfordshire, and mostly play locally, performing regularly Bedford, Milton Keynes, Newport Pagnell, Stony Stratford, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Ampthill, Flitwick, and the surrounding towns and villages. But we will travel further for the right gig.
